Trinity Fitness for Her is dedicated to women who want a supportive, understanding women-only place to exercise. We teach strength-­oriented group exercise classes in a low-key, welcoming and fun atmosphere!

The classes are held at our main studio (10406 Theodore Green Blvd. White Plains, MD) on Tuesdays, Thursdays and Saturdays.
